Please take and have checked for a microchip. Its free and any vet will do it. If there is no microchip make sure that whoever claims him that they have solid proof of ownership. Such as vet records that you can verify by calling vet, Groomers name and number. Photo's are good but can also be AI generated so be careful if just showing photo's. What is the dogs name and how does her respond to it. And how does he/she react to seeing the person who says they are the owner. Thank you for keeping this baby safe.

Check for microchip at any Fire Station, Veterinarian Clinic or Petco it’s free. Hang Flyers in area found. Post on Nextdoor, Petfinder and on any neighborhood and lost dog apps.
