WESTCLIFF & RAINBOW CROSS STREETS found this angel tonight near the bank of america in summerlin. she has no collar, i will take her to see if microchipped in the morning. she is very sweet and came right up to the car. she seems young and knows how to listen to commands. please reach out if anyone knows this girl!!!!
