We just moved to South Philly a few days ago and our cat, Kermit, escaped from a broken basement window. He's brand new to the area, so doesn't know it at all. He's sweet and social, but will be skiddish out there. He will respond to "Kermit" or "Kermie". We are at 17th and Moore. He is microchipped, but has no collar.
