Collars with animal's name + phone number are still a great way to help someone return a pet or more likely to let you know it was found deceased, like hit by a car!!! I grabbed a dog once + called the phone number + the person was so happy + came to get their pet! Also, if someone sees an animal wondering around with a collar, they are more likely to try to get the animal to find their owner!!!

I live on Huntington Bow Trail and feed an outside clowder of feral cats and have been watching for your beautiful Russian Blue Lillypad. Have you put her litter box outside? Cats can smell it for up to two miles...it might help. So sorry 😞
