If you have not already done this, put something with an aroma that Fluffy knows by your door. It could be her food dish, cat bed, favorite blanket, litter, or even something that you have worn it recently but have not yet laundered. Cats to get out seldom wander far, and they have a keen sense of smell so a familiar scent can help lead them home. Be sure to check often, especially in the morning and around dusk when cats are the most active. Also use a strong flashlight to check hiding places in the neighborhood, such as under porches, behind bushes, behind and between garbage containers and recycling bins. Double check these places frequently, since Fluffy may choose a spot but sometimes leave it and then return later. Be sure to call her name while you look. That helped us find our cat after she had been missing for three days. She meowed in response to her name. We followed the sound and discovered her hiding in the sheltered alcove by a neighbors garage, the place we had already looked several times. Good luck! I hope that Fluffy is back home with you very soon.
