Message from Owner

Dash has been missing for nearly 12 hours. Usually he would make his way by now, but he has not shown back up. He does not have a collar. Dash is our baby and we’re extremely worried about him. He has many food allergies and needs

Look at night with a flashlight while calling his name. Look especially under bushes and in neighbors yards garages and sheds. Look up in trees, Leave something outside with his scent on it like his bedding. Leave something outside with your scent on it like an unwashed piece of clothing. Leave out smelly cat food. Hang signs with his photo. Call and visit local shelters and veterinary offices. Good luck!🍀

You might try a live trap, they are fairly cheap, my Jane wanted to come back but was too overwhelmed and scared, she had made a home under a backyard shed across the street. Eventually she was found eating hamburger in the trap on my front porch and all was right again. It took about 3 weeks for her to show up and i did have to release squirrels and possums along the way which were easy. Tuna in oil also makes a lot of scent. Make sure there's water too. If its cold out, wrap the trap in a blanket and make sure to check it often, check it often no matter what the weather is. In fact, best to keep a camera on it. I believe in Jane's case, the live trap was her only chance. Best of luck and a swift resolve for you I hope

If u haven't done so, ask ur neighbors to check their garages, sheds, under porches, bushes, etc. With the weather being unpredictable call out for ur cat, especially at night, for above mentioned areas and listen for a meow in case ur cat has crawled up into someone's vehicle engine to stay safe. Still call out for ur cat inside too. Sometimes when they feel sick, they'll hide inside too. Praying for a safe return.
