Saw a similar dog like this an hour ago in our neighborhood by St. Rose catholic. When my husband tried to get its attention it ran off towards the school direction.

He slipped his collar the first time, it was big around his neck. And took off running, he was found and returned, then the same day Mimi was leaving to get him a harness to prevent him from slipping his leash and he darted under her feet out her front door when she was trying to leave. He’s small and very fast. So he is still missing unless someone has found him today. Bonnie Andrews
