Report ASAP to Lucas County Canine Care and Control and keep checking back with them because they get dogs in every day. Put Koda's food, water, treats and something with his scent on it outside your door to help him find his way back. Walk his brother Friend in the area so Koda might pick up the scent. Let your neighbors and mail carrier know that he's missing so they can be on the lookout for him. Post on Still Missing Animal Welfare Group Facebook page to get the word out. Sending prayers for sweet Koda to be found quickly.
