Mochi is Missing in Ukiah, CA

Description

Mochi is a tabby/calico. She’s a short-legged, chubby cat with green eyes, a white chest and tummy and had an orange collar with a green heart-shaped tag when we last saw her. Her left hip is orange and her right hip is gray tabby stripes. She has an orange stripe up her forehead over her right eye and a dark pink nose.

Message from Owner

Our sweet kitty Mochi was last seen on Wednesday morning 1/28. At this point because we have not heard anything based on her microchip (which is current), we've had no confirmed sightings and she has not visited her usual haunts, I have to assume she was either taken by a predator or taken in by someone who fell in love with her and perhaps did not realize she had an owner, especially if her collar had come off (she managed to lose it a couple times a year, so she may not have it on anymore). We've done everything we possibly can (checked shelters, posted flyers, talked to neighbors near and not so near, walked for hours day and night every day calling... literally all over town. It's like she just evaporated, it doesn't make sense. She means the world to us and we miss her terribly. Grove Ave between Dora and Spring.
