Please forgive these people for their comments about Gar's chain. It's obvious he is clean and loved; they do not understand how ridiculously strong these dogs can be. I can't believe Gar is chained all the time. I’m sure you’re already searching like it’s a full-time job …. As you all are out searching, it’s important to TALK to your neighbors, showing Gar's gorgeous photo, leaving your contact info. People will help keep eyes out when they know how much he means to you. Is he missing with Za ?
