Please be prepared to identify gender and markings to claim. This is a very sweet dog that was obviously someone's pet but I'm unsure if he escaped or if he was dumped out. He was found by a person who exhausted all efforts to find his owners and were no longer able to keep him. This is my last ditch effort to locate owners before I fall in love and keep him! :)
