Beautiful little tabby

PLEASE HELP. I found this precious little tabby cat hiding in my side yard under a storage tent. I’ve been giving her food and water. Then after a little while I heard babies. There are five of them, and they are absolutely darling. The momma loves to be pet and does not seem feral. A friend affiliated with pet rescue places, came with a chip reader, but she does not have a chip in her unfortunately. I was told not to mess with her and the babies and to keep feeding and watering them. She is still nursing those babies. They are several weeks old and just starting to eat soft food. I am quite worried about them in this heat. And i would be so happy if we could find her family. I am unable to keep them, but I will keep feeding and watering them till we find her family or a new family.
