The law also requires pet owners to have control of their animals and keep them in confined in their property. Microchip, lol 90% of the dogs found out heteroual are not chipped.

You cannot post to find a new home - law requires that you at least file a online found report with shelter and check for microchip first. There’s a stray hold regardless. The owner needs a chance to find their dog . Petco will scan for free
