Ron Russell actually dog theft is more likely to be committed by someone the dog already knows. And not some stranger who has just moved into town.

Go to the police tell them. Dog theft is high now in Palm Springs. New creeps have moved into our sweet town and are doing this. They steal your dogs and sell them.
