Thank you for caring about it and continuing to give it food and fresh water. Poor thing was probably separated from its family and is very scared being on its own, but it does need to be fixed so you don’t end up with kittens in the area or under your shed. There are places that will do low cost or free space/neuter for TNR, but the kitten needs to be trapped and brought to them. You could check on the FB pages for Operation Catnip and RVA Community Cats to ask for advice and assistance. You can find traps on Amazon as well as at Southern states or tractor supply most of the time. Have a heart is one common brand.

The kitty is still hanging out under my shed. I tried to bring inside from the heat but he(I believe) went crazy in the carrier and jumped out.
