Black lab, white markings on chest. Freshly clipped nails. He was wearing a pink harness but no collar. About 1-2 yrs.

He definitely had an owner, you can tell whoever owned him took good care of him. I believe he got out by mistake and is having trouble finding his way back . He is a very sweet dog and he’s very smart He did not show any signs of aggression towards people passing & other animals.
