I chased the sweet baby up and down Lebanon Road for about an hour this morning, but it was skiddish and kept running from me. I called the non-emergent police line and they said they would dispatch someone but I’m assuming this pup would run from them too :( this baby seemed well loved (in healthy condition and a red collar). I hope this helps this baby get home!
