Description

Black cat with white chin, and white chest. She’s a big girl, might’ve lost weight after being lost.

Message from Owner

Kitty was originally my cat, and I had to rehome her with a friend in the Fairbank Rd, Springvale South area. Unfortunately, she was let outside before she had time to settle and has been missing since November 30. Kitty is a fluffy black cat with a white chest and long white whiskers. She is very shy and may be hiding nearby or staying with someone who thought she was a stray. She has an owner who loves her and wants her safe. there is no blame or trouble, we just want her . If you have seen her or have any information, please contact me: Thank you so much for your kindness and help.

Poor cat she must be so lost trying to find her way back to you … not helpful I know but stressed for kitty, you had new owner. You need to put in a lot of time .night walks and calling and shaking food with a bright long range torch - a phone is not enough / go to Bunnings. Door knock door knock , flyers and big red core flute posters. This cat wants to get home and the weather is extreme. Praying for safe return

Knock on neighbours doors and put out flyers everywhere. Do offer rewards. Also go out in the night. You can hear him better then. Check the pounds too.

Sorry that your cat is missing 💔 I’ve noted some suggestions to help you find them: Try approaching the neighbors where she disappeared from. Put up posters. Leaflet the neighborhood if possible at least 1-2 streets on either-side of where she went missing, that’s how my missing cat was identified on a neighbor’s property. Go door knocking, at least 3-4 houses on either side of her new home and across the road and street behind. Speak to those neighbors and personally deliver a leaflet of your missing cat to them. Contact local vets, pounds and shelters. Post on other Facebook Lost pet/cat sites for more exposure. Your cat will be close by, from personal experience, one of my missing cat’s was located at my next door neighbor’s house and another time several years ago, my cat was just one street away. Make sure to report your cat missing at Central Animal Records, or which ever organisation your cat’s microchip is registered with (there are a few diff ones) that’s how my cat was found and prevented a stranger from changing ownership of her. The best advice I can offer is to search for your missing cat after dark, as this is often when you’ll have the most success. Call their name late at night or in the early hours of the morning, when everything is quiet and your cat can hear you more easily. Try going out between 11 p.m. and 5 a.m., and take a strong torch with you. If possible, go out twice during the night at different times. In many cases, lost cats are hiding very close-by, sometimes just next door or a few houses away. This method has worked for me before. My cat heard me call their name and came home a few hours later. I hope you’re reunited with your kitty soon ❤️🙏🏼
