I think his coloring is called grey tabby and his fur is longish. I assume it's a male.

I have seen this cat for months and it is getting thinner and not looking as healthy as it did in the past. Finally was able to get a picture. He hisses at me when I try to get close and goes back under the shed next to my hse.

By the weight loss it looks like the cat is a stray or a feral. You can get a feral cat to trust you.Bring out food and just sit down and don’t try to approach. After a few times of doing this, the cat will realize that you are not a threat. Looks young.
