Covering the bases: We are looking for the owner, who clearly loves their dog. Not looking to re-home him. We have called the only number on his tag, many times, with no answer. Yes we have texted, and left voice mails. No he's not been scanned yet, we will do so tomorrow. He's well cared for here, and we are concerned for the owners safety/ situation at this point, as well. This dog was found with leash, and is being cared for, whilst we wait for the owner. I will not be giving him away to anyone, for any reason.We know he's missing his real family. I'm the meantime, he's safe and comfy.
