So sorry to hear your fur baby is missing! Try putting out his/her cat box in a dry place out side! People say a cat can smell his/her cat box from a distance and monitor it! Put out water! Also you can put out a box with some type of your clothing in it in the shade or under a eave so they can curl up in it. Some people also suggest putting out food but be VERY careful! Take the food in at night. It can also attrack unsavory night critters! Monitor several times! And last but not least check with your police dept., ask your mail person to watch out for it, post flyers on light poles and check with local animal shelters! Good luck! Shared

Shared ❤️ They usually don’t go far; they could be hiding nearby, waiting for things to quiet down. I’ve heard people have had success going outside and just sitting quietly near their door around dawn or dusk, and maybe calling their name softly, and let them come out in their own time. If they have a favorite treat, maybe have a little bag you can rattle softly & hold out a few for them to smell. Don’t give up! ❤️
