This dog was on Facebook yesterday. Found at SeaWorld, belongs to a homeless person living under a bridge. He will have to tie her up so she doesn’t wander😔🐶

Another one that will be surrender because of pound fees and of course no rescue will help owner keep the dog but will sell it or if no-one buys her she along with thousands of others will be ed this needs to be stopped it's cruel and those rescues make huge profits
