Aww maybe put some printed flyers in case owners aren't on SM? Also report him as found to the OC Animal Center in Tustin in case owners are looking there. Finally ask for proof of ownership 🙏 Hope he wasnt dumped 😔

Please take to any Vet, PetSmart, or Petco to check for a chip. It's free. Contact the shelter and notify about found pet within 48 hrs (by law). Make fliers, post and check these sites- Petcolove, 24petconnect, helpinglostpets, petfbi.org, adoptapet, lostmykitty, Pawboost, petango, Petfinder, petharbor, fidofinder, petamberalert, and lost and found sites on FB, Nextdoor, Craigslist, local papers, etc. Hang fliers all around the area where found, at shelters, vets ofcs, groomers, pet/feed stores, retail/gas stations, etc. Take fliers door to door with the pet in your tract. Put a big sign in your front lawn. Make sure to have owners provide proof of ownership with pics, vet and adoption records, chip registration, etc. Be careful of trolls who try to claim pets to use for horrible intentions. The stray hold REQUIRED BY LAW is 30 days of doing due diligence in searching for the owners before you can legally re-home or keep. Contact reputable rescues if owners are not found who will continue searching. Thanks for posting & keeping safe.
