All white dog with e-collar, appeared to be limping

Found this poor pup around 10:30 p.m. last night on Moran Lake. Appeared to be limping, wearing e-collar, trying to eat a dead animal in the middle of the road. Would not come to me. Possibly belonged to one of the hses on Moran Lake just off if Wayside, as they eventually went up one of the driveways and I could no longer see them.
