Athena Gatzke I would think so but i know someone who had a chipped dog and he was found at the humane society and either they never scanned it or the chip didn’t read. Thankfully she saw him on the stray page and went there to check but just an fyi! I tell people to not always assume but that sometimes, the chips move around and the scanner misses it
