Betsy Merchant Hi Betsy! My family found this dog in our yard, we fed him and gave him water and I tried my best to wash him(all the matting made it extremely difficult), and I was going to try to cut the hair out of his eyes but he was just a bundle of energy and would not allow me to do so. My family would like to pledge money towards him. The state he was in was abysmal😢

I had the same thing in February. This baby was left in my yard. I know because my son was passing by and saw the car, but didn't realize what they were doing. I foster and I think they noticed my fosters in the fenced area and thought, "Maybe this person won't notice one more." He got a bath and grooming that day, has been to the vet and now he's working on socialization ss. He is safe (with a rescue group) and won't have to go thru this ever again.
