Go door to door and put up posters everywhere, they really work! Use a flashlight to search really well under all sheds, decks etc. as so many indoor kitties are found hiding there when they escape! Check all neighbours sheds and garages in case he got locked in by mistake, our kitty did! Check at the SPCA. Is he chipped? Good luck!
