Benji is five years old almost and I’ve only had him six weeks. In his previous life, I suspect he was abused. He’s extremely skittish, prefers women, dyslikes uniforms and hats, and seems to always be in fight or flight mode. He is a chicken at heart and will bark at you all the way up until he licks you. He is a speed eater too! At first, I thought he was autistic, but he is just on high alert all the time and is finally starting to relax a little. He escaped while I was at the hosp tonight visiting my mom.
