I hope we are closing it in on her. There is a circle around our house of two streets over on each side of where her and this other older kitten have been spotted.

Patricia Mary Ann Stanley thank you so much for all of the great advice!! We have some old litter outside in a box, husbands shirts and our sheets, her favorite cat tent and food. We walked down 20th Ave. and each of three streets over. There have been four sightings of her with another bigger kitten hanging out together. There’s one lady who lives off 20th who has been feeding them about 10 o’clock at night. I keep driving by but she’s never home until late and I’m afraid to knock at her door that late at night so I’m about to go hang up a flyer and tape it to her door with it being so windy.

Since Penny is not used to being outside she is frightened & hiding close by. Put something out with her/your scent on it such as blanket, clothes, toys. Ask to look in neighbors yards, garages & sheds as some times doors are left open & I've read 4 posts where pets were found in a garage. Look where items might be accumulated outside, in thick shrubs & bushes & in drainage pipes as these are great hiding spots. Cats can hide in the smallest of places when frightened so don't overlook anything. Stay in touch with Halo, Humane Society & local vet offices. Prayers to Sts. Anthony & Francis that she is back home with you soon.
