Message from Owner

MY HEART IS BROKEN AS I WRITE THIS!!!. Since the hse fire in Quincy Point, my beloved long-haired female cat has been missing. In the chaos and fear of that day, she ran off, and I haven't been able to find her. Ruby is not just a pet - She is part of my family. She is gentle, sweet, and maybe very scared and hiding. With everything we have already lost in the fire, not knowing where she is has been the hardest part for us. If you live in the Quincy Point area, please check your yards, grges, sheds, porches, and under decks. She might be hiding quietly and too frightened to come out. Even the smallest sighting could mean everything to us. Please reach out if you see her or have any information. We just want her safe and back with us. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping an eye out and fort your kindness during this difficult time

o Regina, yes, I've left food, and I visit the house every day. The food has not been touched. What does ACO stand for? I am unfamiliar with your point about the fire department searching the home. I assume it was searched when they put out the fire. Am I confused? To find Ruby, I posted on several websites and left messages in the area where she was possibly seen (Faxon Park area - no sites again since I posted the signs). Yes, I would appreciate any help I can get.

Regina Flynn offered trail cameras to see if the cat is still in the house. Are you leaving food and water daily? Has the ACO been contacted? Has the house been searched with the fire department? I saw the windows are not boarded up. I live nearby and I had a house fire years ago. Wondering what avenues you have taken to find your cat so far. Can find you help if you need it.

J Liz Smith Cats have a very strong and natural ability to find their way home. Especially outdoor cats. Indoor cats will be more prone to staying in their vicinity.
