Message from Finder
This dog has been in my neighborhood and on Shady Canyon Road for the past 3 days. I was finally able to get him into my backyard. He had a shock collar that was burned into his skin I removed it, and it smelled very bad. His neck is extremely irritated and looks painful. I’m concerned he may have been dumped. Does anyone recognize him or have suggestions on what I should do next? I can’t keep him any longer because I have dogs that are not dog-friendly.
