Message from Owner

I am utterly devastated at the current missing status of my baby boy Giuseppe. I nursed him back to health when he was a kitten after a dog attack and we’ve been attached at the hip ever since. He almost never even leaves my side, and his feline brothers miss him deeply as well. He has one eye, he is a black and white tuxedo cat with a mostly black back and white front, his legs are also mostly white. One of his upper canine teeth is gone. He is neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. He is 2 years old. My heart is genuinely aching for my baby boy to be returned to me. Any information at all could be the breakthrough we need to bring him . Please be on the lookout and share - his is just one street off of Knight’s cross in Las Lomas, near the Knight’s Cross and Hardy Oak intersection. Thank all of your kind souls for your time and compassion

What to do if you lose your Cat 1. Search all places inside and around your house as cats can hide in small places. 2. Shake their treat bag and softly call their name. 3. Search at dusk and dawn with a flashlight as the light will pick up their eyes. Outside they tend to hide under shrubs, under porches, in open sheds & drainage ditches. You can shake their treats while looking outside too. 4. Put something with your scent on it outdoors, on a porch or deck if possible or in a garage with the door cracked. Sometimes the scent brings them home. You can also put out their litter box but depending on where you live, it could attract predators. 5. Post on nextdoor & Ring Neighbors app. 6. Post on pawboost. You can download a free flyer here. 7. Make a lost pet report to all the local shelters especially in areas that have close boundaries. 8. Post on FB Lost & Found Groups 9. Post on PetFBI site and use .org as the ending. 10. If chipped, report to chip company but don’t forget to change status when your cat is found. 12. Ask your neighbors to check their garages and sheds. 13. Last you can rent a humane trap at your local shelter and set it with some tasty food. If you have a lot of predators in your area, you may want to skip this step. Your cat may be coming around the house late at night.
