This dog was sitting on the corner of E and 20th. Two people found him and were from Texas and had to leave so I have been walking him up and down the street looking for his owner. Is this your dog? Brown collar. No tag. Rainbow rope on his collar.

Need to put Streets or Avenues with E and 20th in posts and FOUND in Midtown/Downtown Sacramento.File found report with Frontstreet shelter.Shelter is spilling over at high risk to be put down if left.Can you take to nearby vet to do first scan for Microchip? Would you be willing to foster??
