Cheese & milk will make him sick if he’s having stomach issues and losing weight . Had a collar on . Any vet will scan for free for a microchip..

Require proof of ownership. Take by vet to scan for chip. Post on Nextdoor and post flyers. File online found reports with shelters. Milk isn't good for cats anyway. Water is fine.
