Found dog on my walk at 7am. Called Kaufman County, they paged Animal shelter. Now 2pm and dog is still same area. A neighbor gave it food and water and cannot keep because he has 2 pitbulls and I cannot keep because I have 2 German Sheperds. The dog is not in my possession.

Looks like a Boston Frenchie (Boston terrier x friend mix). Please note that it is against the law to rehome a pet you found before the 72 hour stray hold is up.
