Someone contacted us about runt saying they think they have our cat but now wants reimbursement before we can even make sure he's ours this person lives 2 or 3 blocks away has our address and will not even let us look at cat until we pay runt is a outdoor cat we have had for 8 years never has not came home she sent a picture of him in her house and refuses till we pay all I have is a phone number and street says she had to buy food cat toys and kitty litter box it's not the point of the money it's the point she will not even let us see the cat till she's reimbursed problem is she never posted him as found and he only missing for about 8 days I would have offered to reimburse her for some food but not toys and cat litter box 9 days worth of food 75.00 he doesn't eat 75 dollar worth of food in 9 days
