Katie Tortrakul, everybody gets a temporary name at the shelter. It's much easier for the staff to call her a temporary name instead of referring to her as 61099849 LOL.

I think she just arrived at the Humane Saxe-Forte Animal Shelter on Lancaster. They don't have a picture up yet and are calling her Lucy. Her animal ID# is 61099748.
