Someone just posted in All About the Norwin Area. "My sister saw a chihuahua on Pennsylvania Ave down by the John Irwin house, no collar. I wanted to post in case anyone is missing their dog". I did reply to her with a screenshot of the PawBoost post.

Alicia Toscano it was at the beginning of the week. A small dog ran down Craig Street. I saw it again down by Crawford Village. Haven't seen it since so maybe it lives down there.
