If you need help trapping it, check with the TNR Facebook site and also Feral Cat Coalition. They can check to see if it has a microchip but more importantly if it’s sick. Please leave out food and water for it that is monitored so you don’t attract other critters. Hopefully it will get tamer to you if you continue feeding it.

Please call the after hours local animal care facility emergency number at 619-691-5151 to report, they might be able to dispatch someone to help secure if you are unable to. Poor kitty, thanks for looking out. Please call to help get him some medical help
