Daisy is Missing in West Lafayette, IN

Description

Daisy is a 14 year old tan & white American cocker spaniel. She was the runt of litter and is still small, weighing less than 20 lbs. However, when her fur is long and fluffy, she sometimes appears to be overweight, but it's usually never the case. She is a very gentle old dog who acts like a puppy. She is still innocent and naive and easily persuaded by food and the attention of strangers. Although she is over 14 years old, she is still capable of jumping up and down off of couches with ease and running after a ball. Unfortunately, she has lost most of her sense of hearing, which has made finding her a nightmare. If you find Daisy, please don't tease her too much or play too aggressively with her because she has never experienced any sort of physical discipline, discomfort from separation, or pain from violent assault.

Daisy has gotten loose several times for over a decade. Her owner, former Professor John Anderson, 2 and a half weeks ago. His phone number,, is listed on the dog tag but please call me, her new owner, Clayton Collings, former graduate student of John Anderson at. I am moving away soon and somehow, unbeknownst to me, she got out this afternoon. I've looked all around our neighborhood and all over the park by food, bike, and car, but have been unable to find her. Daisy has never really experienced pain or any sort of disciplined in her life and unfortunately, she has lost most of her sense of hearing. Please call me at if you find her. Thanks so much!
