Full black, skinny

Does anyone recognize this cat? My son found her in Morgan Park (Ramona Ave, Baldwin Park) yesterday evening, towards the apmts behind the park. She is skinny with possible skin issues. She was laying on concrete and she wouldn’t move when my son approached her he thought she was dead but she did wake up and began to be very vocal. She’s is friendly which leads me to believe she may have interacted with humans before. If anyone seen her roam around that area, and wonders about her, she is safe. I will be checking for a chip. Please reach out if anyone happens to have any info.
