Angela Chi thank you so much. I'm still hoping every day to see him again. He hasn't missed coming home every evening for nearly two years so I am very worried. If anyone took him to a vet or even called Animal Control to pick up his body, they will read the chip. Animal Control hasn't had any recent requests in my area thankfully.

So sorry. Leave his belongings outside. Post on Nextdoor and Ring apps to notify your neighbors. Cats sometimes come back after a while. Good luck.
