I'm in Sac trying to help as far as possible I volunteer at SPCA. You need to put in every post at top MISSING with Date and time did, area and cross streets, with #'s to call to go to any potential spots right away.Super importante.DO NOT respond to any codes its scammers. You should be getting into the shelters every couple days in the pictures and speaking with them even if has a microchip.. However you do need to report missing to the chip company and make sure you registered it with them and they entered all your information correctly....ALL OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY..Post to Missing Animals of Ceres/Modesto and Modesto Animal lost and found Facebook Groups with all the same info.Post on Nextdoor App daily or every other so neighbors dont forget.Any questions please reach out to me..... Remember BE CONSISTENT Going in to shelters microchip or not I can't tell you how important this is as long as it takes. Look at the websites every day but don't rely on them the deceased are not going to be on there
