It could have ran away during a move, the owner/s got evicted. Or even passed away or had to go into a home. And a family member or neighbor took it. But it ran away looking for its owner or simply wasn't happy in that new home. If you can try to get help either catching it or put out a live trap. But cover it with a towel or small blanket. So hopefully you can read the tag on the collar if it has a tag. Or at least take in to the nearest vet clinic. To get scanned for a chip. Even if that phone number no longer is in service. You should be able to learn its , if its fixed, name and maybe its age. An EX might have stolen it and dumped it too. Thank you for your kindness for this beautiful cat. Good Luck.

Thank u for helping. You are that kitty’s sweet angel! Maybe it’s last hope ❤️Thank u so much for your kindness.. Maybe put flyers up in neighborhood? A lot of people let their cats out at night and are not strays but pets… we have 3 nightly visitor cats in our yard who are pets to people… Or please take to an animal shelter . Have them scan for a chip… I think veterinary offices and humane societies will do a microchip scan for free! WHAT A CUTE KITTY❤️
