Poor guy, thank you for looking out for him. He does need hay and pellets though, not a carrot, that's the rabbit equivalent of giving a toddler a giant cookie. I can't take him in even temporarily, my 3 buns are super territorial, but I'd be happy to bring you over some hay and pellets until his people can be found.
