Message from Owner

Thank you all...! She is very chill, not afraid of people, and very docile (will not bite or claw). She is roughly 6 years old, about 5lbs, is very familiar with the outdoors but snuck out at night past a family member. She is fine being picked up if you can catch her, and will not claw or bite. She can be quite vocal when called by name. Thank you,

Maybe they could try putting flyers in the doors of the houses on the street around them asking people to keep an eye out. It draws their attention to the fact that she’s missing and not just an outdoor cat walking around. They can call or text you with updates of sightings. . It worked twice for us over the years and many others have commented that it’s how they found their cat. Hope your kitty is home soon ! 😊

Don’t wait for her to come home…Checking neighbors backyard properties is crucial. (Neighbors will not check as thoroughly as you will, or at all, so ask them if you can check) Indoor cats will hide quickly after getting outside. Check under bushes and remember, when afraid, they won’t respond to you calling them. Someone in my area had their cat get out and she found him 3 and a half weeks later only 4 houses away hiding in a backyard under patio furniture. The only reason he was detected was because the lady who lived there happened to look out her window and see him under the table in the backyard and recalled seeing the lost cat notice on our community FB page. It was November also so was cold and the furniture outside was covered so was a good hiding place. -put out (unwashed) cat bed/blankets/your clothes that smell of home -put up posters in your area- important-not everyone is on facebook + if someone sees your cat but cannot find your lost cat post -leave a bat window or garage door open enough they can get in.

Please place his bedding outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing front and back door with a can of tuna on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well. Also vacuumed home dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home enterence . Show your neighbors a picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call immediately. Go early in the morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Best of luck finding your kitty 🙏 ❤️🏡🐾
