Does this gorgeous little cat belong to anyone? He has been hanging around Bagot Street, just off Lytham Road FY1 for several weeks. He is gradually looking more unkempt and seems to be very hungry. I have put a couple of paper collars on with no result. He is very friendly. Myself and several other neighbours have been feeding him. Is anyone able to come out and scan him? I would take him in but I have a dog.
