I live on east frontage road north of Carlinville exit. There was a little black dog wandering around in the road. An older asian lady was trying to catch him . We caught him and she took him with her so he didn't get hit. She was in a white I think hatchback. This was Thursday I think. She was heading south towards Litchfield. The chunky little fella was dirty but feisty. That's all that I know. I'm not sure if this was the dog but maybe it will help. I didn't want to see him get hit.
