I woke up to two dogs tied to our mailbox. There is a large black dog and then some kind of Australian shepherd husky mix. They have collars with a chip reader but my phone isn’t sensing anything.

Carine Gnad No I'm sure the person that found them tied them up so they did not go in the road. If someone was going to dump a dog they sure wouldn't leave the collar that you can scan to locate the owner.
