This cat I have been caring for and feeding for the last four years. He is a neutered Male, very affectionate, sweet as pie. He was over at #209's for the last four years. Came over to my hse if hungry or just to hang out and get petted. New Manager, #4 is not a fan of cats, same person who has not been living here in four years complained to Manager after she threatened too. This is a TNR Cat Community I fear for his safety. REWARD
